About My Journey

Hii, Blissful Life Artists 🤍

I’m Manisha, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here to Blissful Life Art. If we were sitting together over a cup of tea, I’d tell you that this space is as much yours as it is mine—a place for us to connect, share, and grow. I’ve always believed that true happiness isn’t about chasing some perfect version of life. It’s about finding joy in the little moments, embracing who we are, and learning as we go.

Life has shown me that the simplest things often bring the most fulfillment: a kind word, a peaceful moment, or a shared story that makes us feel less alone. I’m here to share my experiences and lessons learned, not as a guide, but as a (24 years old) friend walking alongside you. I hope that together, we can create a community where we inspire each other to live more mindfully, embrace our imperfections, and find beauty in the everyday journey.

Life has taught me invaluable lessons, some through highs, others through challenges, but each has shaped the person I am today. Here, I share stories from my journey and insights from others, weaving together real-life experiences and research to create a space of growth, simplicity, and intention.

Inspiration

Books have been my companions through this journey, filling me with inspiration and fresh perspectives. Each story, each insight leaves a lasting mark on my heart, nudging me to live more fully and authentically. I’m also a learner at heart, drawn to new skills and people whose words resonate deeply. Mentors like Bob Proctor have profoundly influenced my path, lighting the way to a life of intention and mindfulness.

Mindfulness

Meditation has become a beautiful part of my life—a journey of learning to let go. As a perfectionist, I used to think there was a “right” way to meditate, experimenting with everything from apps like Calm to transformative experiences like Vipassana. But meditation has taught me that there’s no “perfect” practice. It’s about being present, learning to listen within, and finding peace in simply being. It’s an ongoing, gentle journey, one that I’m grateful to be on every day.

Setting goals

Since 2019, I’ve made goal-setting a part of my life, and it’s been a rewarding journey. I’ve discovered techniques that really worked for me, and looking back, I’m thrilled to say I’ve achieved about 80% of the goals I’ve set. It’s not about perfection, but progress, and I’m proud of each step I’ve taken.

These goals have guided me through many milestones: I graduated, secured a stable job, and embraced the joy of learning—whether it’s mastering a new language, cooking healthy meals, or exploring my creative side with drawing. I’ve also made strides in my health, built better habits, and started saving and investing for the future.

One of the most beautiful goals I set was to find a loving partner, and I’m happy to share that I found a wonderful man to walk this life with. We’re building our dreams together, and every day feels like a new adventure. From earning certificates in my field to investing in personal growth, these experiences have shaped who I am today.

But my journey with goals hasn’t stopped there. I’m still setting new goals, learning, and improving along the way. Each day brings new insights, and I’m constantly finding ways to grow and discover what truly brings me joy. For me, it’s all about finding bliss in the journey, embracing every twist and turn, and celebrating even the smallest victories.

Creating Space for Calm

I’ve always felt overwhelmed when there’s too much around me—whether it’s clutter in my home, a packed to-do list, or a chaotic workspace. As a bit of a perfectionist, I’ve often found myself feeling frustrated and even anxious when things aren’t in order. But over time, I realized something important: when I start letting go of the unnecessary things that no longer serve me, I find a sense of calm that feels like a deep breath of fresh air.

Decluttering isn’t just about tidying up; it’s about creating space in my life for what truly matters. It’s been a slow journey, and I still find myself learning and improving every day. I’ve started to be more mindful about what I bring into my life, choosing thoughtfully instead of impulsively. It’s not always easy, but the peace that comes from a simpler, more intentional space makes it all worth it.

I’ve noticed that when my surroundings are clear and my mind isn’t weighed down by clutter, I feel more at ease. It’s not a black-and-white approach to minimalism, but It’s a shift that goes beyond just organizing—it’s about making room for clarity and finding joy in the simplicity of life. And with each small step toward creating this space, I feel a little more calm, a little more present, and a lot more at peace.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little bit about me. I created Blissful Life Art as a space for us to share this journey together—a journey of finding joy in the simple moments, learning, growing, and embracing all the ups and downs along the way.

I hope that by sharing my story, you’ll feel inspired to set your own goals, no matter how big or small. It’s a journey worth taking, and I’m excited to have you here as part of this growing community.

My hope is that you leave this space feeling a bit lighter, more inspired, and ready to create your own version of a blissful life. Whether you’re here to explore mindfulness, set meaningful goals, or find comfort in simplifying your days, I’m so grateful to have you as part of this community.
